‘UU’ another remake

Among the bizarre of remake films in Kannada (ever since 100 percent entertainment exemption for all Kannada films) this one ‘Ullasa Uthsaha’ from the original Telugu ‘Ullasanga Uthsahanga’ starring Golden star Ganesh and pretty Yami Gauthami in the lead after a brief halt has got up to complete the song portions. Kanthi Cine creations ‘Ullasa Utsaha’ the super hit Telugu film remake was produced by hero Yasho Sagar who hails from Karnataka. The Kannada version is made by BP Thyagaraj. Sneha Ullal role is played by Yami Gauthami.

The film ‘UU’ shot in some of the exotic locations is now at the DTS recording stage at Akash Studio. From this film the veteran associate and assistant director Devaraj Palan turns director independently.

GV Prakash Kumar has scored the music and GSV Seetharam is the cameraman of this family entertaining film.

Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Thulasi Shivamani, Preethi Chandrasekhar, Doddanna, Vishwa, Mithra are also in the supporting cast.
